The Y2Tribe is a community organisation, that focuses on creating a sense of belonging and a safe place for the community. The Community Connectors are a team of volunteers experienced in the community and youth work fields. The team also explores alternative opportunities to find support or services that might be relevant to your needs.
The friendly Community Connectors team will be out and about in the Centre fortnightly on Thursday evenings to check in and provide a listening ear.
When: 4pm – 7:30pm fortnightly on Thursdays
